Easter Egg Hunt with Glimmerglass State ParkMarch 30 10-12pm Enjoy a family fun day at beautiful Glimmerglass State Park. Be adventurous and search for Easter eggs and other prizes!

Book FairMay 18 10-3pm Come explore our eclectic selection of books. Between our gift shop staples and a large assemblage of vintage tomes, it is surely worth a look!

Opening Day May 25 10-4pm Let’s celebrate—we are open! Come for a tour and see new additions and updates in the manor.

Titanic Dinner – May 25 7-9pm Come for a glamorous evening as we return to the RMS Titanic for a lecture, live music, and a recreated dinner in Hyde Hall’s grand Dining Room. This year’s evening focuses on the middle class’s experience aboard the ship and highlights Emily “Milly” Borie Ryerson Clarke Cooke, the fourth Lady of Hyde Hall and a survivor of the fateful night.

Concert with Veronica Klaus – June 28 7-9pm Enjoy an evening of music starring Veronica Klaus, who is deeply entrenched in the 1940s and 50s style of the last century. From swing to cabaret, to jazz ballads, she is a must-see! Winner of a 2015 Bestie Cabaret Singer award, Klaus fans revel in her retro appeal and, with it, she introduces contemporary audiences to the classics like Lee, June Christy, Billie Holiday, and other greats!

Get Lit! – July 20 3pm Savor delicious historic cocktails on a guided tour that explores the history of various lighting technologies and innovations.

Poetry Open Mic NightJuly 27 7-9pm (*Free for Audiences) Connect with other poets at an evening of sharing. Read your poetry, share a sonnet, and hand over a haiku as you enjoy the beautiful scenic views at Hyde Hall.

That Aged Well! Music Boxes and Recordings August 3 7-9pm Relish a night of wine, cheese, and period music as you listen to the past. This year is dedicated to the many mechanical ways music was brought into the home—including music boxes and early recordings.

Eleanor Roosevelt One-Women Play – August 17 (time TBD) Attend this tea party and go to the past with actress Jane von Boskirk as she presents her one-woman show, Across a Barrier of Fear, as Eleanor Roosevelt.

Death & Dinner – September 28 7-9pm Death shadowed daily life in the 19th century just as it follows us today. Join us for a round table discussion that explores funereal and mourning practices -past and present- and partake in a harvest dinner to reflect on our own relationship to death and to remember those who have gone before.

Hyde & Shriek! Candlelight Ghost Tours – October 4,5,11,18,19,25,26 Go within the chambers of the mansion to hear tales of the ghostly apparitions who have lingered at Hyde Hall for over two centuries.

Haunted Mansion for Kids – October 26 5-6pm Enjoy a kid-friendly ghostly walk through the mansion while listening to fun folklore and collecting candy.

Orange County NY Paranormal – October 12 (time TBD) Hear the paranormal team’s evidence and then try your hand at a paranormal investigation with Orange County NY Paranormal.
